Vera Finance — Kullanım Şartları

YATIRIM TAVSİYESİ DEĞİLDİR: Vera Finance içerisinde sunulan veriler sadece bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Uygulama hiçbir şekilde yatırım danışmanlığı veya "al-sat" tavsiyesi vermez.

TÜRKÇE

1. Taraflar ve Kapsam

Bu Kullanım Şartları, Vera Finance uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanan kişi ("Kullanıcı") ile Static Orbit markası altında faaliyet gösteren bağımsız geliştirici Ömer Harmankaya ("Geliştirici") arasındaki sözleşmeyi oluşturur.

Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

2. Yatırım Uyarısı

Vera Finance, yalnızca kişisel finans takip aracıdır. Uygulama içindeki hiçbir bilgi, analiz, tahmin, sağlık skoru veya öneri; yatırım tavsiyesi, finansal danışmanlık veya aracılık hizmeti niteliği taşımaz.

Portföy değerleme, P&L hesaplaması ve öngörü grafikleri yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.
Kullanıcı, tüm finansal kararlarından bizzat sorumludur.
Geliştirici, uygulamadaki veriler veya analizler doğrultusunda yapılan finansal işlemler nedeniyle oluşan hiçbir kayıptan sorumlu tutulamaz.

3. Piyasa Verileri

Piyasa fiyatları CollectAPI üzerinden sağlanmaktadır ve saatlik aralıklarla güncellenir; gerçek zamanlı değildir. Geliştirici, güncelleme döngüleri arasında oluşabilecek fiyat farklılıklarından ya da teknik gecikmelerden sorumlu değildir.

4. Fiş Tarama (OCR)

Kullanıcı, fiş tarama özelliğini kullanırken yüklediği görsellerin içeriğinden bizzat sorumludur. Görsellerin Google Gemini API'ye iletilmesine onay vermiş sayılırsınız. Kişisel kimlik bilgileri, banka kartı numaraları veya hassas veriler içeren görsellerin yüklenmemesi önerilir.

5. Premium Abonelik

5.1 Abonelik Seçenekleri

Vera Finance Premium; aylık, yıllık veya tek seferlik ömür boyu ödeme seçenekleriyle sunulabilir. Güncel fiyatlar uygulama içi satın alma ekranında gösterilir.

5.2 Ödeme ve Yenileme

Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple ID hesabınızdan veya Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Otomatik yenilenen abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Yenileme ücreti, dönem sona ermeden 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.

5.3 İptal

iOS: Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler
Android: Google Play → Abonelikler

5.4 Ücretsiz Deneme

Ücretsiz deneme süresi mevcut olduğu takdirde, satın alma gerçekleştirildiği anda kullanılmamış deneme süresi geçersiz hale gelir.

5.5 İade

İade talepleri ilgili platform politikaları kapsamındadır:

Google: play.google.com/store

6. Hesap Silme

Kullanıcı, Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil işlevi aracılığıyla hesabını ve tüm ilişkili verilerini kalıcı olarak silebilir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Geliştirici ve Static Orbit markası; yazılım hataları, veri yanlışlıkları veya hizmet kesintilerinden kaynaklanan finansal kayıplar, veri kayıpları ya da diğer zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 aylık abonelik bedelini hiçbir durumda aşmaz.

8. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarım, logo ve içerik Ömer Harmankaya / Static Orbit mülkiyetindedir. İzin alınmaksızın kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz veya dağıtılamaz.

9. Apple EULA Notice

This End User License Agreement is between you and the Developer only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide any maintenance, support, warranty, or liability with respect to the App. In the event of any third-party intellectual property claim, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, or discharge of any such claim.

10. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu şartlarda yapılacak önemli değişiklikler, güncelleme tarihi değiştirilerek ve/veya uygulama içi bildirimle duyurulacaktır. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you, the user ("User"), and independent developer Ömer Harmankaya, operating under the Static Orbit brand ("Developer"), regarding your use of the Vera Finance application ("App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Investment Disclaimer

Vera Finance is a personal finance tracking tool only. No information, analysis, projection, health score, or recommendation within the App constitutes investment advice, financial advisory services, or brokerage.

Portfolio valuations, P&L calculations, and projection charts are for informational purposes only.
The User is solely responsible for all financial decisions made.
The Developer accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from use of data or analyses provided by the App.

3. Market Data

Market prices are sourced from CollectAPI and refresh hourly; they are not real-time. The Developer is not responsible for price discrepancies or technical delays occurring between update cycles.

4. Receipt Scanning (OCR)

When using the receipt scanning feature, the User is responsible for the content of images uploaded. You consent to images being transmitted to the Google Gemini API for processing. We recommend not uploading images containing personal ID documents, payment card numbers, or other sensitive data.

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Subscription Options

Vera Finance Premium may be offered on a monthly, annual, or one-time lifetime basis. Current prices are displayed on the in-app purchase screen.

5.2 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The renewal charge is applied within 24 hours before the period ends.

5.3 Cancellation

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → Subscriptions

5.4 Free Trial

Where a free trial is available, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited when a purchase is made.

5.5 Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the relevant platform policies:

Google: play.google.com/store

6. Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." The Developer and Static Orbit brand accept no liability for financial losses, data loss, or damages resulting from software errors, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months under any circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, logo, and content are the property of Ömer Harmankaya / Static Orbit. Copying, reproduction, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by updating the date on this page and/or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
